I am trying to connect customer care for last five hours (4444)... still it is saying"Welcome to the Idea customer Care and for your chit chat balance dial 2222 " and no option for logging a complaint or talking to cus care rep. nothing at all... This is really wasting my valuable time and also irritating...
My problem is... a default idea dialler/caller tone is activated without my knowledge... and some amount is charging for that tone... i want to deactivate this service first... or else tell me procedure to change the dialler/caller tone...
