I, have IDEA prepaid card no. 9881507998.. Since more thn one month money has been deducted from my account for SMS e-mehfil services..Rs10 each on Thurdays and sundays.. Rs. 120/- has been deducted from my account for this SMS services which I have not subsrcibed..I m trying to complaint in call centre, but i could not get my proper cosumer complaint procedure there.. and also in month of May & June. Rs30 per month is deducted in account of missed call alerts services, which I Have not subscribed..
