i own an idea prepaid connection on the name of Vishal Anand, and the number is 9990969157.

sir on 30th October i had done an internet recharge of Rs150 TWO times, at around 10;30 pm.

even my balance got DEDUCTED that time and balance has not CREDITED... next day i get one recharge, but still ONE RECHARGE IS LEFT., and am getting lot of trouble in solving this., even i gone to Greater Noida showroom regarding this problem but they had refused.

as i am your customer from last 2 years, using GSM service in my native place, and this time on the same faith i had opted IDEA again, but now am feeling i had done mistake.

Its really creating very BAD WORD OF MOUTH,

I there fore request you to kindly short out my problem as soon as possible,
