My mob. no is 9847788399 and iam a customer of idea for the past 2 years.today{18/9} i call your cc executive for the intention of activate idea tv.but a cc executive tottaly mis lead me for typping command word that is why i lost my 3 rupees.after that i call a lady cc executive.but her answer was unsatisfied one moreover she disconnect my call without my permission.can i get my money back? and how can i activate india vision channel in my mobile phone? yours faithfully, suresh cp
