Idea Telecom/Prepaid Recharge
Extra charged for I.S.D. call & not informed about it too

Sir,

I have prepaid a/c of Idea Prepaid, in which the balance was Rs.105.16 remaining & after that i made I.S.D. Call (Djibouti) for 2 minutes & now the balance remained is Rs.05.16 only. However, if we see the maximum amount charged for I.S.D. call is Rs.09.20/min.

So i kindly request you to look into the matter & take possible action against it.
