Cutting of money for Caller tune without prior information

Dear sir,

Today morning when i checked my balance for IDEA pre paid service, I shocked that in my balance only 8 Rs. When i checked, company (IDEA) have cutting down money from my account without prior information to me. When i talked with their customer service they are blaming me. Also they are unable to give answer of my question and talked bluntly or roughly with me.

Now when i want to talk with them they are not responding my phone. When i want to try by another phone they are available.

Please guide me, i want to take some strong action against them.
