I had Purcased a Mobile Nokia 1661. There was a free sim card of IDIA with this. I submitted my ID Proofs & its activated. There was written on the box of Mobile that the call will be 0.40 (Idia ti IDia) 0.65 (others). Yesterday 25.05.09 I had received a messege that "YOUE 40/25p (iDEA-iDEA) PACK HAS EXPIRED & NOW YOU WILL BE CHARED RS. 2/- DAILY FOR IT.

wHAT IS THIS? WHY YOU NOT MAKE A DETAIL IN WRITTEN WHEN A CUSTOMER PURCHASED THE CONNECTION. I HAD LOST RS. 106/- IN IT. WHO WILL WAER IT?

YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PLEASE REVERSE IT.
