Won't put my money back in my bank

I signed up for a payday loan then had 31.85 deducted from checking account from this co. and did the refund now they want my ss#, bank account# and routing # to put the money back in..i didn't authorize them in the first place and i can't complain to the BBB because I have no idea what state they are in i just have the website.
