I dont know if anyone in IFB bothered about the complaints. I have my machine down for last more than a month now. Very frustated with their service and i would never in my life recommend anyone to go for IFB brand. Machine is good but not their service. Never buy an IFB machine rather you could opt for a maid and you feel more comfortable.
