Service problem in warranty

i am Mukesh kumar (9999562628), resides in Gurgaon, Haryana & working in Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, as IT Manager.

Problem Description:

i purchased IFB - AW 806 washing machine from DAWAR INTERNATIONAL, Guragon.

the machine is under warranty (2 yrs). from the date of purchase, the machine gives problem 3 times, but the 3rd time, i logged a complaint service call 25 days back, but till date no service provide to my machine no stand by machine provided as the service level aggreement is of 24 hrs..

so request you to kindly look into the matter & provide me the solution
