PATHETIC QUALITY AND WORST SERVICE!!

For a product which is most expensive and people spend their hard earned money to get better quality life, end up with the most horrid experience.

With 2 years of experience with the machine, I am sure that if this is the quality of machine, there couldnt be a worst product available in market

I have informed my experience to IFB on 26.11.08 about around 10 visits by 5engineers, 5 parts replaced, innumerable calls to set right the machine.

I am sure that IFB engineers are not competent to know the problem. I have been telling for past 2 months that we have to press the door to start machine and sometimes, still it doesnt start. Yesterday when again a different engineer came, he told that the main part (circuitary power board) has failed and I need to pay for it as 15 days have passed after warranty. I was told that some manager would call me. After 24 hours, no calls!!!

IT IS RIDICULOUS.
