I purchased a fully automatic washing machine of your company, IFB last december. the warranty period has not expired. the machine is not working for the last three months. I had registered my complaint through your customer care service centre on october 20th and my complaint number is 2104763. I had been making calls to your customer care service centre almost on a daily basis and they too assure me that they will be attending to the problem in 48 hours. till now nobody has attended. they gave me a mobile number to contact a person called Rajesh. He is not attending the calls. I have purchased the machine from FOMRA, chennai. I contacted them too, and they also responded the same way as your customer care service centre. If this problem is not attended immediately, I will be forced to go to consumer Court. I will not leave you at this stage. You will be made to pay the full amount back through the court.
