This is to inform you that i haved moved from Chennai to Bangalore and IFB Washing Machine Service agent packed it and charged Rs. 350 and when the IFB Washing Machine service agent at Bangalore came down to un pack, he started complaing saying that the Filter is missing. I informed him not to do anything and gave a complaint to IFB authorities (Call Center) and on the IFB website. Immediately lot of people gave me a call trying to find out the issue and was so happy that i will get this resolved but after that nothing happened. For the last 3 months i'm following up with them and they are not bothered to reply or talk to me...
