No body is attending to re-installation of IFB washing machine

I am facing problem with IFB elena 5 KG Machine.

I have logged complain 3 to 4 time. I have not got response from any body. I called IFB customer more than 8-10 times for follow up every time I got response Today our Sr Engineer will come and look into issue but no one has come.

I have logged complain three times for same problem. Actually It's not at all a problem, it's regarding the re-installation of the Washing Machine.

I am not happy for selecting IFB brand, don’t advertise you are No 1 washing machine & your customer care is not maintaining service complaint status of the customers

I want my machine to be rectify asap.
