i purchased a new 30lit microwave from main distributerof ifb pune warehouse sing ware housing complex gat no 2347/1/b/3 nagar-road wagholi pune 412207, on 10 model no 30sc2 ifb-2507/08/16485
it was works good -but in jully it was not displalyed any curren on panel board so ew called to castemer care, from there we got a add-as service deler nane M0dern services sagar plazaa kasarwadi pune 411034. cont no 64107403.
after 3 days technisian comes he said that there is problem in fuse ok he connected new fuse & it strart working after few min it again dead so he desided that to connect heavy fuse so he connected that fuse it again strted but this time after some time heavey smoke comes through microwave.
he told us one unit in that is burnt which can not available with them it requires 10 days we agreed
after 13day we again call then he cames to us fix any unit but not succsed he repers 2-3 times but failed then he come with an engginear after we r in aggrasive mood but they also not in possition to repaired it i think both r untreaned
we also talk with branch mnr mr. datta mob no 09371054474 he again send same fellows but it not working
mr. datta now not accepted our phone instument stiil dead condition
