I booked the first complaint on 18th Nov regarding getting some error while Spinning.
No body turned up inspite of every day call to call center. Finally person came on 24th Nov and asked what is the problem even though call center had full details about the complant from us. He checked and said part needs to be replaced and will come in 2 days.
Now the service Engineer didn't turned up and I had to request IFB manager (I'll not take his name) to send someone, he changed some part don't know what.
But still problem remains the same, and I'l till today struggling to get my m/c to work.
In between 2 service enginerr came, Spent max 5 mins, said that we need to use de-scaling agent to get this m/c working and I purchased that and used 3 packets and nothing happended.
I'l sure Service engineer are not getting to the root of the problem and just spending time.
IFB OFFICIALS PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER.
I was the admirer of IFB products and always recommend to everybody, I also have 2 IFB products, but based on the kind of service I'm getting NOW, Its a falling time for IFB credibility now, because this was not the state 1 yr back.
Also there is a big diconnect b/w IFB call center and service Engineers.
