We have already lodged complaint with customer care on saturday morning. We have been assured of service with 24 Hrs by IFB customer care. But still service mechanic has not turned up till monday (10.08.09) evening. The equipment under warrenty. Complaint ticket number is 3353024.Please help us to expediate the service by latest tomorrow, i.e., 11.08.09.
