I have an AMC with IFB (Dealer - HariNidhi Enterprises, Bangalore) for my NEPTUNE Dishwasher from 9th August (again renewed on 9th Aug for 1 year). I was promised at least 3 visits per year for Preventive Maintenance. None ever happened. The machine is repeatedly giving error (red light flashes) for "Rinse Aid" during the last 1 year. None of the support personnel have been able to rectify it. Now there is a leakage of dark colour fluid from the machine and we logged a service call. The person has come. Now he says that for Preventive Maintenance we have to log a call with the dealer, otherwise they will not come. Then what's the point of collecting Rs. 2000 for Annual Maintenance Contract? Can someone clarify? I get absolutely pathetic service from the service centre.
