I have had a complaint with IFB for 6 weeks now. I call roughly twice a week (moving to daily from now) and am always told someone will call me. Nobody does. I have never experienced such appalling customer service in my life. They even tried telling me that the dishwasher was not under warranty at first. However as there is a 2 year warranty and I purchased it new and have only been in India for one year... They have finally accepted this after I offered to show them my passport to show when I arrived. Outrageous doesn't even come close and I am wasting so much time on this.
