I am a pension account in your Dattawadi Pune Branch. I have taken Personal Loan and Education Loan against my pension account and deduction is from my Pension account. Up to March my account is showing regualr but in May my whole pension was deducted and credited in my Loan account after approaching to SBI branch they told me that due to computer mistake this thing happens though it shows that some manual entries has been done by Bank and they allow me to withdraw the amount in June and July as in May it is excess credited in Loan account But in May month I was gone through economic tension. Now again in Aug pension my whole Pension is hold again and while approaching SBI manager is saying that you have to deposit 10000/- more to update the account means I will not get the pension for two months. I surprise that How they deduct my whole Pension amount when I suggest them to count the months and instalment deducted from my account is showing regular. Please study the case But Branch Manager told me that it is not possible to change the computer amount and you have to pay as our computer is showing. I am fully depend on my pension and if I dont get any amount in any one month How can I will survive? My SB account no is -30146354144
