Service personnel not attending despite delay

I HAVE BOUGHT A IFB DISHWASHER- ZEPHYR MODEL, AFTER TREMENDOUS ROUNDS TO THE DEALER ; IT APPEARED AS IF HE HAS DONE A FAVOUR TO ME BY SUPPLYING THE DISHWASHER TO ME AFTER ALMOST 25 DAYS. THE DEALER IS SHAM LAL KRISHAN LAL, 1/206/28, SADAR BAZAR DELHI CANTT - 110010.WHO SAYS CONSUMER IS THE KING DURING THESE TIMES OF ABUNDANCE AND ECONOMIC SLOWDOWN. I BOUGHT THIS MACHINE ON 26 SEP 2009 ; THE BILL NO IS RB-6413 AND TILL 29 SEP (10:30 PM) NO SERVICE PERSON HAD REPORTED FOR INSTALLATION AND DEMO DESPITE ASSURANCES BY THE DEALER.

GOD SAVE ALL THOSE WHO MADE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING AN IFB PRODUCT.
