Hi,
I’d purchased IFB dishwasher long back and it’s under Annual Maintenance Contract with IFB. We had opened up a complaint on 24th June for malfunctioning of dishwasher, and since then, we are getting bad service from IFB service centre. Till date, (14th Oct 09) dishwasher is not at all functioning, and we are not getting any updates from IFB. I have no clue where to go now as we are suffering a lot. Here is the list of people whom we talked, but despite all these efforts, ticket is still open.

Please suggest the action we need to take for our rights as consumer. IFB is in the market place since last so many years, and I am very sure, the sale of the IFB products largely depend upon the consumer feedback. If the same goes negative, this would affect IFB.
