Poor Service/No fllow up

After sevreal complaints IFB sent their Rep (3 rd party technician) who charged me Rs.5800 in total and changed some parts... hoewver even after doing that my machine does not work..call to the IFB helpline has not made any impact and I have been running around in circles without any progress
