I have purchased one ELENA washing machine sr. no. wt eln dx b 31926 vide bill no.594265 dt.18-1 from NEXT RETAIL SHOP LUCKNOW .The Machine is not in working condition since last 45 days. Inspite of regular reminder through telephonically to kanpur office and mail send on 9/19 4:48 PM & 10/18 2:50 PM & on10/11 9:09 PM, machine complaint yet not removed.
