Water not draining out during spin cycle

Although the machine is carrying out the spin Cycle, the water is not draining out of the drum and clothes are coming out sogging wet.

The machine was purchased on 24/01. We had purchased "Extended Warranty" upto 23/01. The serial No. of the machine is 098686

Repeated calls to the Service Centre in Cochin, only results in a mechanic coming to see the machine, looking at it and stating that everything is OK. He does not have the patience to run the machine through one wash cycle and locate the fault.
