POOR SERVICE QUALITY (My Ticket No is-2457151)
IN SPITE OF LODGING SEVERAL COMPLAINTS, COMPANY WAS UNABLE TO REPAIR THE MACHINE PROPERLY. THE WARRANTY PERIOD IS NOT YET EXPIRED. I have been calling daily to IFB call centre and they give me new ticket nos. But to my surprise it is one of the worst appliance company i have come across. I am regretting my decision to stick to IFB. I called up thier Mumbai Office too but there was no response. Pls don't do same mistake by buying IFB Products... Srinath Reddy-ANANTAPUR.
