My aged parents, both senior citizens had bought a dishwasher from IFB under the illusion of a strong service setup, as promised durig the sales pitch, in Nov. However, the promised support has proved to be a mirage. I registered a complaint with their helpline(??!) vide ticket no 3298639 on 24 Jul 09, Friday. Today is Wednesday, 29 July and the dishwasher is still not repaired. This is despite repeated telephonic reminders on an hourly basis to the supposed Helpline, where the call centre executive only states " i am very sorry to hear...".
2. It is amazing that a company of the stature of IFB has such pathetic customer service to back its products in India, and is able to get away with it.
