I had registered a complaint regarding my IFB Senator Sr. No. B 10055 under AMC 190007 on 14th sept. Complaint no.3489833. Technicians came16th checked and i was told that the motor has to be replaced. Registered a second complaint on the same day complaint no.3505961. It has not been attended to till date and when checked with your local service centre, i was told that the motor of the model is not available! How long is this going to take? Kindly do the needfull
