IFB washing machine 7.0kg Model AW 7233
Demonstration not performed

I have purchased one IFB washing machine model no. AW 7233 from QRS Retail ltd., MG Road, Thiruvananthapuram on 03/06/09 vide invoice No. 003685. The machine was delivered on 04/06/09. But till date none of your men have visited my home and given demonstraton. I have purchased this machine after exchanging my old one. I have contacted the dealer and the service centre several times on phone which yielded no result.
