Dear sir/madam,

i purchased a washing machine model of 7k.g. digital. From the date of installation on 26th jan, 05 the machine doorlight not working. I find it very difficult to get their technician from the banglore service centre. Everytime I have to call centre and follow with local service centre. With frequent attempts I could manage to get the technician one times during the last 10 days, still they could not identify the defect and the machine is not usable.

My complaints to local marketing person is not useful and he is trying avoid the complaint calls.

i am live in nadiad in gujarat so my nearest city is ahemedabad. The ahemedabad branch manager is not at all attending the phone calls.

Very poor customer service. I am unable to get their higher officials' contact nos to proceed further.

Based on the current problem I am facing,

my suggestion is do not buy IFB products even though I was happy with my earlier my NATIONAL machine model Executive which has served 20 years.

NOTE:-PLEASE TAKE DECISION WHAT YOU WANT TO DO OTHERWISE I WILL GIVE YOUR COMPANY NAME IN ANY NEWS PAPER.BECUSE I AM VERY TIRED TO THIS PROBLEM.
