IFB WASHING MACHINE
Very poor service and defective product
I purchased a washing machine model 7k.g digital from the date of purchase the machine is not working properly. There is problem in machine from the beginig first they changed drum then door light but still door light is not working properly and even their is some different sound coming from the machine sometimes. i find it very difficult to get their technician from the banglore service centre. Everytime I have to complain through their call centre and follow with local service centre. With frequent attempts I could manage to get the technician one time during the last 10 days, still they could not identify the defect and the machine is not usable.
My complaints to local marketing person is not useful and he is trying avoid the complaint calls.
Very very poor customer service. I am unable to get their higher officials' contact nos to proceed further.
Based on the current problem I am facing,
my suggestion is do not buy IFB products even though I was happy with my earlier national machine model Executive which has served 12 years.
