IFB/washing machine
Heavy vibrations, Front door Rubber seal twisted

I had purchased an IFB make Washing Machine, Model Executive Elite, Sl. No. WT Ex EL B 025295 in the month of May.

Recently, a problem is being faced as the machine is vibrating vigorously and therefore it cannot beused.

Further, the Rubber Seal of the Door is twisted.

It is requested that the Complaint may please be attended urgently as the machine is out of operation. My present residential address is given below;
