I have senorita plus washing machine and under AMC with ifb paid 1500/-

very very poor response from service people. i have complaint for noise in side machine and thay attended and change bearing and bracket while changing bracket he (service person) damage my drum next day when i complained he simply told me that due to coin or any metal part inside colth and for this your drum damage so u have to pay the drum amount

after 3 months thay change drum with charges and that time he has change one nose pipe costing hardly 50 rs but he has charge 450 rs

before changes any part be confirm thier price
