IFB WASHING MACHINE
Complaints not attended- poor response

I had lodge complain for leakage of water which was attended after 3 days.my machine is under contract.for repair i spent Rs 1375/- NO SOONER they repaired the machine, it started making loud cranking noise during tumble dry. for the same my complaint no. is 2530330 dt 11/12/08, which was attended after 3 days but only name sake. i am unsatisfied customer, not expecting this unproffesionalism from a reputed company like IFB.
