IFB WASHING MACHINE
Service person not coming despite promise

Hi,

We are continuosly having problems with our IFB washing machine and the service person is not able to solve it. We were promised that the personnel would come today but has not turned up as yet... this is happening not once but many times over the past 6 months and every time after numerous followups only the person turns up...

But this time even after registering a complaint he has not come and the soiled clothes are lying rotting in the machine and the machine when switched on sparks!
