I have purchased the washing machine six years back and fifteen days before the water is coming out from the machine and not the problem arises and i have contacted the dealer from where i purchased the machine at trichirappalli tamil nadu. They have given a toll free no.of ifb.customer service.18604255678..when i contacted they have told me they will send their service eng.within 24 hours and registered my comlaint and given a ticket no.2981613.and after three days two of company people came to my house and they have tested the machine and told one volve to be replaced .we agreed to pay the cost asked them to do at the earlist to enable us to use . they are asking us to book a AMC .but we told them we don"t want AMC .RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AND WE ARE READY TO PAY THE CHARGES.when i contacted them they are telling they are not having the stock VOLVE. sir, we are mentaly worried, because of our problem not solved by world famous ifb company. IF my problem not solved i will spread the message of poor customer serv.of ifb.washing.mach.we are waiting for more than 15 days.they have given one mobi.no.9382128400.cust.serv.exec. TRICHIRAPALLI WHEN WE contacted him no response. IN my life i never come across this type of worst service from a world famous company.i really disappointed.
