IFB - Washing Machine
Non have visited for Installation since purchased

I purchased a IFB Washing Machine from Rajkamal Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (Hyderabad) model: Elena DLX, but since the day I have purchased non from the company has come to install/demonstrate the unit. The dealer said that company personal will come and unpack the unit or else warranty/ damage can not be claimed.

Unfortunate to tell that a international brand like IFB has such pathetic service.
