This is with reference to your previous complain to IFB on wrinkle after wash and poor quality of washing. After writing complaints in their web site some service engg. had come to pick up the machine and after 1 week he returned saying that our problem has been solved. But to our surprise the quality of washing had improved but the wrinkles were more then earlier. Regarding this we had given enough complaints on their toll free no. they take complaints and issue some complaint no. but after 3 or 4 days it will get canceled with out attending to customer, how is it possible.
When we called that service engg. he says that we are not using proper method of washing by setting the m/c. when we were using it from years that time no problem, how come now this new method of washing is not good they say. Due to this wrinkle on all most all the cloths we are very much ashamed of ourself to were those cloths as because even after iron this wrinkle is not going. In my office see, why many of them asked me why i have not ironed my cloths. Case is same in sons school also.
Please see that this issue is solved immediately though you. Also let us know whom to contact on this to lodge complaint on IFB.
