I bought the IFB washing machine (Fully automatic, 5 KG) in 2004 from M/s Super Electronics Krishna Puri, Ring Road (near Vikashpuri, New Delhi). The machine worked for about two years without any complaint. Thereafter the soap dispenser didnot work. I made a call to IFB call centre no. and two persons turned up. The two so called service engineers did nothing and just sold some bars of soap saying that the machine be run using the soap without loading it. I complaint again after about six months two so called service engineers turned up and again sold soaps. Now the machine has stopped working alltogether. There are no service centers available. The machine bought with my hard earned money is lying idle.
PLEASE HELP.
