Complaint no. 3294415 filed on 24 Jul 09. Engineer visited on 30th Jul 09 telling us that the machine would require bearing replacement. Since then no body has come back with the spare and even after repeated calls to customer care who gave the no of branch manager and area manager (Mr. Anupam) spoke to both the persons and still nobody turned up till date.
