Not Spining

I have brought ELITE Model IFB Washing Machine in May or July (About 15 to 16 Months over).

from last 15 days it is not working, their is problem in spining system.

Hence i request you to please send your service man or please let us know your service centre contct nos. in Bangalore. so i will go ahead with them.
