IFB washing machine not repaired after one month

Hi,

I registered compaint on 25/7 ticket nunber 3298222. Till now it has not repaired. If we call them, they tell me that they will come and repair within 1-2 days.

I am in Kerala /Malappuram

I dont want this kind of things happends to anyone in india. So I am planning for a mass e-mail campaign against IFB products/serivce among my friends in Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, IBM, HCL, etc.

IFB customer service really sucks. Improve customer service or your sales will die down soon...
