My Ifb washing machine is under AMC no-4338/87 dated 27.08.08 to 26.08.2010 of Varanasi. After complain inspite of several repeated request to service centre no service persons are attending the machine which is completaly neglegance towards customer service and due to this I am in heavy loss of physical and monetary.what strong action can we take?
