Dear Sir,

Soak Button & Door open Button of the machine is not working properly, it goes inside the machine., we have told the service engg. to replace the part, from last 21 months, we have logged 6 complanits to the service center, person visted, but he has only repiared the part, not replaced, as my product is under warrenty, details of the product is as under :
