8 weeks ago, I made a complaint to IFB call centre and they informed their local franchise A ONE ENTERPRISES, Chennai who came and checked the machine and said that the TUB has to be replaced. After several phone calls and personal visit, Two weeks before they came and changed the TUB. What is the use!!! that TUB also leaking and technicians says that this is what IFB is supplying so asked me to wait for another one week.
Since Monday 23rd, am calling at Vadapalani Franchise office, everyday they say that his person is coming today to replace, basis that either me or my wife taken off from work and sit at home but till today no one has turned up. There is no basic courtesy from Franchise office to inform customer if they can not pay visit due to various bullshit reasons. SUGGEST NOT TO GO FOR SUCH USELESS BRAND ANYMORE.
