I am a resident of coimbatore, there is a problem in my washing machine for the past four days, since then i am trying to call customer care of IFB, a personnel directed me to this customer care number, but nobody is attending the call and the call is costing, if they cant respond to calls made to this number why is it still active? poor service.. i hope the concerned authorities take some action else they`ll lose their reputation.
