Services not rendered on time

My complaint no. is 2083076 and it got registered on 17 Aug 08 and my machine is out of warranty. It suddenly stopped working, as per policy the TAT is with in 48 hrs despite repeated calls nobody has visited our site till date. Finally today in the morning we were given the Engineers no. I contacted him (Mr. Param Yadav - 09820486111) and informed him about my complaint no. and he was not sure whether he will be there or somebody else.

Talked to the manager, Mr. Rajesh Vaiti (contact no. 09322692103) who in turn informed that he is not been able to get in touch with the Vashi service centre he will get back to me in half an hour which is long gone.

I want to know why the services are not rendered in time and why do we have to follow up so much and would like to know what are actions taken for delay in handling the call.
