We have our ifb washing machine in AMC contract when our contract was renewed we were given promises that all our problemes would be sorted out by the 3.10.08.
Later on on 8.10.08 they told us to lodge a offical complaint with the call centre. from that day till date we have been teased to the maximum, no response from Classic Enterprises in charge persons no responsible reply recd either.
There engineer dismantedled our machine and left in that disgusting state and said no spares are available till date.
We have been taken for ride by the company.
