On 24/6/09, my machine was strucked up in running condition. I registered complaint on that day to customercare. Untrained technician came to my house on 29/6/09 and he was not able to solved this problem. Again i complainted to customerservice on 29/6/09 (ticket no 3177017). Again two technicians came to my house on 4/7/09 and 5/7/09 but not solved this problem. Again i complainted to customer care (ticket no 3222367). Again two technicians came to my house on 8/7/09 but not able to solved this problem. I GOT REALLY SHOCKED! AGAIN I CONTACTED TO IFB OFFICERS -Mr. THIRU, Mr. DURAI and Mr. SURESH -BUT NO IMPROVEMENT!.. TILL NOT ABLE TO SOLVED! VERY LESS CARE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! BIG FRAUD! I WAS AFFECTED PAST 16 DAYS... NOT ABLE TO WASH OF OUR CLOTHES..STRUGGLING!. IFB (VALASARAWAKKAM BRANCH) CHENNAI CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY FRAUD AND AFFECTED CUSTOMERS PRACTICALLY! REALLY!
