I had a digital 6kg IFB washing machine and it is under AMC contract from the begining. I registered a complaint wide comp. no 3476736 on 10th september. Inspite of so many reminders at the companies customer care number no one has attended the complaint or called for it till 14th sept.. Company while doing the AMC make a claim that it will be attended in 24 hrs. So there is no use of doing the AMC's when coplaints are going unattended.
